Let's Get Started...
1. Go to Settings>Accounts & Passwords>Other>Add Mail Account.
2. Manual Setup
- Name: Name to be displayed on outgoing email
- Email: Your email address (for example, username@businessname.company.com)
- Password: Enter your Company.com password.
- Description: This is used for your own personal reference to identify the account on the phone (optional).
Tap Next
3. Select IMAP or POP as the Incoming mail server
IMAP
- Name: Name to be displayed on outgoing email
- Email: Email address
- Description: Optional
Incoming Mail Server
- Host Name: imap.company.com
- User Name: Your email address (username@businessname.company.com or username@domain.com)
- Password: Your password
OR
POP
- Name: Name to be displayed on outgoing email
- Email: Email address
- Description: Optional
Incoming Server Settings
- Host Name: pop.company.com
- Username: Your email address (username@businessname.company.com or username@domain.com)
- Password: Your password
Outgoing Server Settings IMAP and POP
- Host Name: smtp.company.com (both IMAP and POP use the same outgoing server)
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your password
- Note: Both IMAP and POP use the same outgoing server SMTP
Tap Next
Step 4. Settings
Incoming Settings IMAP or POP
- Use SSL
- Authentication: Password
- IMAP Server Port: 993 (recommended)
- POP Server Port: 995
Tap Outgoing Mail Server then Primary Server smtp.company.com
Outgoing Server Settings
- Host Name: smtp.company.com
- User Name: Email address
- Password: Enter your password
- Use SSL
Server Port: 465
Tap Next and the Save to finish
Note: Both IMAP and POP use the same outgoing server SMTP
