Mac Outlook 2016 Set-up in 4 Steps

Let's get started...

Step 1. Click the Tools menu and then select Accounts.

Step 2. Click Other Email to manually configure your email.

Step 3. Account Information

• Email Address: Your email address
• Password: The email password
• User Name: Your email address
• Type IMAP or POP (select from the drop-down)

Incoming server

• imap.company.com (IMAP) or pop.company.com (POP)
• Use SSL
• Port 993 (Imap) 995 (POP)

Outgoing server

• smtp.company.com 
• Use SSL 
• Port 465

4. Click Add Account

 

Your email is set-up and ready to go!
