Personal Calendars

Schedule private and personal events.

- Create more than one Personal Calendar.
Calendar Shares
The Calendar Allows other users to view or modify events in a calendar.
- Create Calendars Shares by clicking New Calendars from the Personal drop-down.
- Complete the fields for both the General and Share tabs
- Organize your calendars with colors to easily identify each in your calendar view.
Calendar View
Your calendar may be viewed by Monthly, Weekly, Daily, or List View. Within each view, select to add, modify, or delete an event.
Weekly
Creating a Calendar Event
- Click on the Create new event on the left-hand side of the calendar.
- The new Calendar Event window opens.
- Complete the event information.
- Click Save.
- Click the calendar event and then Open Calendar.
- The Event opens in a new window.
- Click Edit.
- Make the edits and click Save.
Create and Edit Recurring Events
- Click the calendar event and then Open Calendar.
- The Event opens in a new window.
- Click Edit.
- Select one of the Recurrence options: None, Daily, Weekly or Yearly.
- To change a recurring event select Edit and update the Recurrence schedule.
- Click Save.
A One-Week Recurrence was selected for the same day and time each week with No end date.
