Before creating an Email account, you will need to be registered with Company.com using an existing email address. After creating an account, sign into your Dashboard and then click Activate Now on the Email Tile. Next, follow the instructions to complete the Email setup.
Click Activate Now The Email is now active.
Users creating an email address without their own domain name will create an email using their business name in front of Company.com. For example, myflowershop.company.com is the Business Domain. The email address could be email@example.com with Sue as the username.
If you choose to use an existing Domain for your email account, click Activate Now and then follow the instructions to contact Support at 888-486-8156.
Once the account is set-up you may access your emails via your Email tile in the dashboard using Single Sign On (SSO).
