Customers who are experiencing an issue with their sent coco emails going to Spam should try the below instructions to resolve this. The issue could possibly be caused by the spam settings of the recipient of their emails.
Instructions below.
Please have the customer add a TXT record with this value:
v=spf1 ip4:74.122.238.0/27 -all
I have attached a screenshot of what this looks like in GoDaddy. Once saved, verify in mxtoolbox.com by running an SPF lookup on the domain (https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx). You can leave the IP address out. Once it shows the record there, try sending again and let me know if it still goes to spam.
